Cancellation Policy
NFTLP provides tutoring and other educational services at highly competitive prices. For consistency and convenience, we have created a regular schedule from which clients may select weekly sessions. These are referred to as “Regularly Scheduled Sessions”. Clients are paying to reserve the services of NFTLP during a given time slot. In order for the business to function properly, NFTLP needs to fill a certain number of time slots each month. When clients ensure that their children are in attendance for all regularly scheduled sessions the system works well. The best way you can help NFTLP maintain our great rates is to SIMPLY BE THERE for all regularly scheduled sessions.
That being said, we fully understand that emergency situations arise. Children may wake up feeling ill, or become ill during the school day. Inclement weather (including flooding of local roadways or icy roads) may strike at any time. In order to provide a reasonable procedure for cancellations, NFTLP has instituted the following:
Cancellation of a Regularly Scheduled Session:
Please notify NFTLP as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. In most cases, NFTLP will work with the client to reschedule the cancelled session. Legitimate reasons for needing to reschedule include illness, family emergency or weather related issues, as well as other reasonably emergent issues. Please note that conflicting schedules, participation in other activities, sporting events, or traffic problems are not considered to be legitimate reasons to miss a regularly scheduled tutoring session and can not be made up. The client will be billed for the regularly scheduled session. Please contact Mr. A if you have any questions regarding cancellation.
Changes to Scheduled Sessions:
Please notify NFTLP as soon as possible in the event of a schedule change. In most cases, NFTLP will work with the client to reschedule the session. Please see Cancellation of a Regularly Scheduled Session (above) to determine legitimate reasons for a schedule change. Please contact Mr. A if you have any questions regarding schedule changes.
Vacations: Please notify NFTLP about planned vacations. We ask that clients provide a two-week notification for upcoming vacations. The client will not be charged for regularly scheduled sessions during vacation.
